• It is mandatory that an educator accompany the learners both on the transport and in the cinema at all times for the safety and security of the learners and the programme.
• For every 60 learners registered there must be an accompanying educator.
• Accompanying educators and learners must be on time to make use of the transport where provided.
• All learners must be dressed in school uniform for security reasons.
• Transport is very expensive and schools are required to ensure that at least 90% of the registered learners attend each of the sessions.
• If transport is not utilised efficiently, it will have to be removed and assigned to another school.
• Schools within a 3km radius from the nearest cinema that is assigned to a school, will not be provided with transport.
• It is forbidden to interfere with the transport service provider's instructions and service routes provided.
• For every 60 learners attending the screening, one educator must accompany the learners at all times.
• Depending on numbers, some schools will be placed on a transport route with other schools.
